When it's downloaded, extract the "adb rar file" to your hard drive root on your computer , it's usually C:\ 

1. Turn on your tablet, click Settings > Applications > Development and make sure USB Debugging is on 

ON YOUR COMPUTER:
Open a "Command Prompt Terminal" Usually found in , "Start> All programs>Accessories" in Windows Operating Systems.
In "cmd prompt terminal" , type the following,or just copy and paste like I did, pressing " enter" after each line.


cd c:\adb

adb device       if its shows TABEO or Arnova    online than write me

adb root

adb shell     

adb pull sys c:/adb/sys       this copy the sys to pc  I need it !!!

please note that (mnt/sdcard/xxx.img are stored in the tablet memory, if you have a sd card, than you can
put direct on it with   mnt/external_sd/xxx.img, so just change 'sdcard to external_sd'
like this:
