Well done, and big thanks for the new Firmware 😉
But I've noticed strange thing: when I put on eShare (free app to share folders via FTP) it shows me a link with IPv6 address. I've only IPv4 behind a NAT network. What can I do to completely disable IPv6 interface?
Thanks for all and best regards
OK, problem with strange IPv6 local address solved. It was aligned to p2p0 interface, so I wrote as root in terminal:
ifconfig p2p0 down
And now eShare is binding ftp server to my IPv4 local address.
New software is fast as hell and fluent. Great job, I'll donate for you

Installed on a generic RK3188 retina device with some difficulty (identified as a RK3066 by existing firmware). No success using CWM recovery, OK with RKBatchtool after 3rd attempt.
UI smoother - getting up to 60fps. Screen touch sensitivity still so-so. Speaker volume no better. Antutu 18,000. No crashes so far.
One problem I've seen is that battery is reported as 0% and no battery stats. Heard this is a problem with JB ROMS on other devices - any idea why?
Many thanks for the firmware, your work is much appreciated !
Installed on a Cube U9GT5 (V2) RK3188 QuadCore with no problems using Rockchip Batch Tool 1.7
I don't have the battery issue reported by previous poster and everything is running smoothly at the moment.
WI-FI tested for a few hours and working fine.
Antutu at 18000 !
Tried 4 other 3188 ROMS (pipo, vido, vesture) all with same problem - battery 0%
Eventually tried to restore my original ROM with CWM - failed!!
"mtd: write error at 0x00c0000 (no space left on device)"
In desperation I tried CWM recovery - advanced restore - of the original kernel only. This also failed but on reboot I now have battery data reported!
What a palaver.
An excellent solution for sound problems http://www.tech2android.com/2013/09/Android-Best-Sound-Viper4Android.html

I've just installed this ROM and I have to say it's completely amazing. Fast and responsive even in HD resolution. Unfortunately I can't set screen brightness to minimum level. It looks like last 20% of brightness slider's range have no effect on actual brightness and as a result minimal brightness is far to bright for night reading. Is it possible to fix it somehow?
Second and far less important problem is inability to change GUI DPI. Having display of such a high resolution should allow for a bit more desktop space, but unfortunately ro.sf.lcd_density have no effect. Any way to overcome this?
Just found another strange thing. There is no service details under battery and it looks like it all time searches for mobile network. When you enter battery history details, there is continuous red bar labeled "Mobile network signal". Additionally in About Tablet -> Status you can find details about mobile networks. All this stuff was nonexistent in 4.1.1 but I don't know if it will influence battery usage somehow - need to test it.
Hello, thanks for the new firmware!
I've the previous version (2013/10/10) installed on my Cube U9GTV. If i try to put my device in recovery mode (power + volume down), as i always did to install new firmwares, now my PC (win7 x86_64) doesn't recognize the device anymore event if i try to force the installation of the driver included in the rk tool folder. Anyone know why?
thanks again for the firmware
