Well, that's what caused the problem. You can update this firmware by just copying the file on a microSDCard, you need to use Rockchip Batch Tool as mentioned in post #1.

You'll need to make a contact on two pins of your MiniPC motherboard and flash again a firmware on your device with Rockchip Batch Tool. Check that video for the details on how to unbrick your MiniPC.

I tried many rom
but with all the wifi does not always work.
when it works well ...
but often turn on ug802 and wifi not working.
I have to turn off and on.
at random.

WiFI on MiniPC is not very good, because the antenna is small and not very efficient. 

There are some hardware antenna modifications on the MiniPC that may improve the situation a little, but the best thing is probably to use an Ethernet wired connection or install another WiFI dongle. I need do so some research on the subject, I'll post an article with all the details later.

I thank you, but mine is not a signal problem.
mini pc next to the router.
the problem is that the wifi does not turn on.
if I go to the settings menu I can not click on wifi
is not selectable
