I had to modify the parameter file to expand the internal partition to make room for more apps. This current build partitions only 8GB (out of 32GB) of space.

I was able to flash the iFive Air build. However, the touch screen didn't work. I used a wireless combo to navigate and it seemed pretty solid.

You can use the Air MM build as is. Just change kernel & resource in folder rockdev/Image before flash.

I will try to post tonight. I used the most recent build of the iFive Air v1.3. In the settings page, the option for cellular exists but is turned off.

Yeah, TBH I think the Binj.com folks tried to push their software platform with a device and it didn't work out. I wouldn't call it a fire sale, but it seems like they are trying to liquidate them. I picked up 2 as throw aways and they have really impressed me for the the price/performance. They have a smaller 6" device, but I do not think it is nearly as powerful.

3G is already not active. You will not have the symbols in the status bar and the battery menue. The Cellular Network menue itself will not dissapear.
