Here is a custom rooted firmware for the UHost 2 MiniPC based on latest 2013/01/29 official update.

This update brings Android 4.1 Jelly bean on the MiniPC, as well as many cool features: volume buttons, power control on the status bar, custom launcher, hide/show status bar, Air Mouse manager application and remote control feature.

Android 4.1 Jelly Bean custom rooted firmware features:

- root with latest SuperSU 1.04 (free version)

- writable /system partition

- removed most Chinese and unnecessary applications

- increased space for applications (/data partition) to 2GB.

Rooted custom firmware for the the MK808 Mini PC: kasty-uhost2-41-20130129-rooted.zip

Use Rockchip Batch Tool version 1.5 to flash the firmware, with Restore button.
