Your system is corrupted somehow. This can only be repaired by flashing the firmware. Build is here: http://www.arctablet.com/blog/forum/rk3288-entwicklung-und-customroms-development-and-croms/rom-teclast-p90hd-4-4-2-custom-root-firmware-20140729/

I success restore the system of the device. However, the problem is when I change the interface into Arabic language the message appears again (.com.android.systemui) because the software is corrupt. Therefore, I need software driver working with windows 8.1 64bit I need it to recognize my pc, and I need an international version to update the system. So I need software driver working with windows 8.1 64bit and an international version software android v4.4.2 to update the system. The problem is that the Teclast website is Chinese website I cannot contact with their supporter. So finally, the device does not work with Arabic language it works with others Languages that was the main problem. The device does not need a physical repair. It need a programing repair. Thank you for your cooperation with us, and sorry for the inconvenience.
So that's the right one in the screenshot above?

Ok, works pretty good with this build: http://www.arctablet.com/blog/forum/rk3288-entwicklung-und-customroms-development-and-croms/rom-teclast-p90hd-4-4-4-custom-root-firmware-20140809/
Maybe the issue is that the UI needs also been changed (right to left).
Use Win7 (no usb3.0 port) to flash.

Hey, just give this a try, before you change language, in developer options, check force RTL direction, this will change the UI to read from right to left, maybe that will fix it, I am considering this tablet, whats your impression except the problem above.
