Not, yet. Abdult_pt did some test builds but unfortunately we do not have a kernel event for touch support.

:'(

I get my tablet yesterday.

I just try to install this rom, to my iFive mini 4.

First I install the rockchip driver.

In the android tool, I click on the "switch" button, (the tablet get black screen) then the "lowerformat".

After that, i click the run button. Okay after 3-4 minute my mini 4 restart, and show the recovery. Restart again and now show that: http://i60.tinypic.com/29fv9xv.jpg

It says "no command"

So what can I do?

:(((((((

The pc (androidtool, rkbachtool) doesn't recognize the tablet, my windows say "Unknown Usb device".

Maybe I can send back my tab to the chinese webshop.

Hi,

The screen you're seeing is the recovery mode of this tablet (the one with the no command), try to re flash the firmware, for that shutdown via power button to avoid the recovery mode, and turn it on again to see if your pc recognize the tablet, use the android tool to flash follow all steps carefully and then check !

If it doesn't get recognized ask for Oma's help.

Cheers

I try to turn off, then turn on, (with and without Usb) but the same "no command".

So I can't reflash the firmware, because my Pc doesn't recognize my tablet.

So please Oma do you have any idea?

@Ne77

You might

1. try on another Pc

2. my Windows 8.1 Pc recognizes it "without" activating USB debugging

Gents,

KTU84Q has landed on iFive Mini4 ;-)

Build is based on stock v2.0.2 dated 08. Oct 2014 and kernel #14 preempt 28. Sep 2014.

Mini4 by Oma build v1.1

– stock recovery 4.4.0

You can do your firmware, custom recovery TWRP 2.6.3.0, as it is made in custom firmware by Xakep for Lenovo S8-50? TWRP recovery and custom firmware by Xakep. Thanks! Sorry for bad English

I've been looking at purchasing this tablet. The speed and screen look pretty good just wondering a couple of things that you all may be able to answer:

  • How stable is the wifi?
  • What's the range of the wifi?
  • How long does the battery last for basic web surfing, no videos or intensive stuff?

The reason I am interested in the wifi range is that I have an iFive X2 and while it's a great tablet that's pretty snappy, long battery life (days if you don't use it much), the wifi range is awful (no more than 10m in my house).

Battery life is important because I also have a Vido N80RK that even with light web surfing only lasts a day. It also hangs a lot, that's why I'm looking for long battery life, snappy (no slowdowns or hanging) and good range wifi.

Any feedback?

Hi

This tablet is quite good, the wifi signal range is good but not the best I've seen however very stable, battery after using this post FW, and following the performance tweaks is really good, stand by for almost 2 to 3 days, web surfing i thing 4 to 5 hours continuously, this because of screen use of battery is higher, probably more but not tested by me.

Cheers !

Hello,

I'm a new user for Ifive mini4, and would like to thank OMA for this great ROM. Installed right to my new tablet, and just say that works fine so far; and installation was not difficult (....some swet teardrops rolling...).

Now just waiting for Lollypop to arrive.....

cheers,
