I'm still stuck on Rockchip loop. Disconnected battery because could not hard power-off. Left overnight, plugged back in and it went straight into loop. Can anyone suggest what I might do. Is there some other way I can get into either recovery or flash mode? Could I open a shell in linux and tell it to go into flash mode that way? If I can't get out of the loop then I'm bricked, right? Hhmmmm ...

I have 3G model (early hardware version) ...
Should be same as mine. Pls use build 1.2.1 as is.
Know differences between 3G and Wifi only tabs:
VTL vs Goodix touch
AP6476 vs AP6210 wifi
ov8858 vs ov8825 cam
And modem of course.
Still no idea why the kernel crashes on Wifi only tabs.

I have installed lineage  v1.2.1 to my tablet and it works rather fine with stock and kernel №2, №3 - without touch (I have VTL touchscreen), №4,№5 --  tablet boots and is stuck in "Rockchip". Can't enter TWRP.
I have mention before that there are proplems with 3G in lineage. I tested 3g some more and found that it works perfect only with one new sim card which I bought yesterday. If old sim cards is used Tablet doesnot want to register into cellular network and  the daemon rild (/system/bin/rild)  constantly crashes.Â
By the way, the tablet has high power consumption. It lost 8 percent into sleep mode for 7 hours at night.

Ok, thank you for feedback! The test kernel 1-5 above are for wifi only tab. So, pls stay with kernel in the flash-pack.
Around 1% per hour is ok if there is 3G, Wifi, BT running in the background. One can use Airplane mode to switch activity off.

I flashed v.1.2.1 without changing the kernel: bootloop was the result. 3G tablet. Happy to test things as and when you're able to post them.Â

Tried twice more to flash v1.2.1 in case didn't lower format properly but still boot loop. With usb plugged in I can enter flash mode. USB in or out I cannot enter recovery. Tried to enter recovery via Android Studio but wasn't able to make it work.
Maybe I have different hardware revision so am getting the boot loop. So I'll need to wait for updated versions of ROM pack before I can test anything. Unless someone can help me get into recovery somehow ...Â

To start into recovery do a hard power-off (press Power for about 12 sec). Then press Power and Esc until you see the first logo.
Pls also check the kernel from post #56. Always use both files (kernel and resource).

That's what I'm saying I can't do. When it's cycling on the boot loop, neither hard power-off nor pressing Power and Esc to enter recovery has any effect at all (when usb is disconnected - therefore I previously resorted to opening up the tab and disconnecting battery). The only thing I can do (thankfully) is get back into flash mode when usb is connected. I had 3 or 4 attempts today, trying it with usb plugged in, plugged out, power cable in, out, but the only thing I can do repeatedly is get back into flash mode.
My tab is 3G version, so unless you say so, I'll not test the kernels from post #56.
Aber trotzdem, thanks for your work.

Sure, when the kernel do not boot then you won't be able to start the recovery.
Same combination with usb-cable plugged will start the tab into flash-modus. Always.
Currently the kernel crashes on wifi only tabs due to different hardware. You mentioned you have an very early hardware revision of 3G. Maybe it is similar to wifi tabs. That's why I asked to test the wifi only kernel.
