ok you are near to get it working, now instead of flashing the boot-loader and parameter ,, in mask rom,  flash my update.img directly ,, use the upgrade firmware tab to load the update.img

When writing update.img to nand RKBatchTool failes with following message: "Prepare IDB Fail" (or similar error messages like "IDB download failed" when writing to nand with other tools)

well some users says this could be the issue of bad usb cable too, try changing or using another usb cable.
