Could be. We have the same results on two different kernel.
Pls re-flash CM13 build, just untick the Loader. In TWRP install the first fix: http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=2928
I will clean up all other stuff. Maybe we could get another feedback.

Can't work that way, this is MM. Additionally the system.img is 4 GB large ... what a crap.
If you'd like I can do a custom build based on the dump.

Oh crap! I should have included the parameter file for RK Android Tool to partition your tablet correctly. I'll send you that tonight, I'm not at my computer right now. Please remind me if I don't.

Oh and the system.img from the stock ROM is indeed 4 GB, as crazy as it sounds (with 2 GB of free space, don't know why they did this).

Oma, CM13 seems to run really well over. Netflix was working correctly.
I was having a problem with flashing though. I was using my own parameter file, and it would always enter into a bootloop at the boot image ("Rockchip kernel"). When I switched the SELinux mode from permissive to match your parameter file of disabled, it would work correctly. Do you know what part of the booting process is getting caught up on that? It would be nice to have a full SELinux build (or at least permissive). If I switch the parameter file between permissive and disabled, I can easily replicate the behavior (permissive always bootloops, disabled works).
Also, iFive has the 2.30.10 uboot loader version in both the Air dev2.0 branch and in the Pro2 builds. I tested it with CM13 and it worked correctly, so you could upgrade future releases with that (not sure what your v2-charging mode changes from stock 2.19).
They have also updated a lot in the resource file in the dev2.0 line as well, namely putting support for OTG/host mode, renaming the USB clocks, added some Rockchip crypto section, changing some values for the PWM, DRAM clocks, and such. Not sure what can/needs to be incorporated.

Hi!
Just a little question; when we're updating, say from 1.2 to 1.3, do we absolutely have to use the RK Android Tool, or can we simply type:
# fastboot flash boot boot.img
# fastboot flash system system.img
Thx!

Yes, flashtool is the way. The bootloader will not "understand" these commands.
