Hi, I´d tried again with oma monster tab firmware..

Did all the steps

9. select EraseIDB
10. select Run
11. Iron will boot into CWM
12. run format_NAND fix (install zip from ext_sdcard)

***
13. go back, reboot system
14. wait 4 min

***Added an extra step to flash with cwm Oma_Monster_Tab_model_fix_MT785IPS

BTW, the kernel you gave me, is 10mb, the dump kernel is 16mb, could be a problem there?

And after reboot with cwm, it bootloops at mr tab logo.

Should I try another rom? Im doing something wrong?

Thanks

Flash the Monster Tab build using your stock recovery first.

Thanks, but that goes beyond my knowledge.

No idea how to use stock recovery and flash a file that does not look like a flashable one 🙁

Copy the dumped recovery.img into the folder rockdev/Image. Rename the old recoery.img into CWM.img before.

Thanks, and then, after flash, tablet will boot with stock recovery. Once there, I´ll flash which file?

The stock recoevry will format the NAND and then the tab will boot into Android. Most likely the UI crashes then.

Start flash modus and flash the CWM (rename CWM.img to recovery.img before). Tick only parameter, misc and recovery. Tab will now boot into CWM. Install the model fix. Reboot.

Thanks again!

Tried, tablet rebooted on stock recovery, formatted some partitions, rebooted... and... bootlop. It bootlops 2 times and then go to tablet off battery charging logo and stay there. If I turn on again, bootlops 2 times and goes to battery charging again.

I think this rom or kernel wont work on this device.

I dont want to make you loss more time. So, if there is no easy solution, no problem, I´ll leave with stock firm.

Thanks for all the help.

Ok, you are welcome.

You can root the stock firmware with the root and dump tool. Also you can flash the CWM.

Thanks, will use the 4gb app space and try to find a fix for internal sdcard apps dissappearing.

Maybe switching internal sdcard and external sdcard will do the trick. Let´s look for a way to do this.
