Dump seems to be ok. Here is a flash-pack for TWRP. Build has normal mounting with internal and external sdcard, right?
In TWRP install the included SuperSU (do not use other ones).
As I do not own such a tab I cannot test.

Wont boot to TWRP Recovery...
Flashing The device with misc and recovery selected make me soft brick the tablet.
Flashing only the TWRP Recovery i cannot boot to the twrp recovery...
