Finaly got the dmesg generated (attachment). Hdmi seems to be identified, but there is strange HDMI removed instances...

Tried different cable and LCD, but didn't work. Any suggestions?

Not really. HDMI is working, the connection not.

There seems a 3rd hardware revision in the field, with an other touch controller.
Kernel version: 3.10.0 zhouza@samuel-Z97X-Gaming-3#619 preempt Aug 3 2015
