Gents,
this a Flash-Tool by CrewRKTablets which provides:
a) generic TWRP 2.8.4.0 for resolution 800x480 and 1024x600
b) a root-script to be installed via TWRP
So, it can be used on any rk3126board and to root any rk3126board 
Flash instructions are included in the download pack.
