You need root access. Download a Terminal Emulator from Play Store and type:
dd if=/dev/mtd/mtd1 of=/sdcard/kernel.img bs=4096
dd if=/dev/mtd/mtd2 of=/sdcard/boot.img bs=4096
dd if=/dev/mtd/mtd3 of=/sdcard/recovery.img bs=4096
Zip and upload the files.

There is no kernel in the kernel partition.

Can you pls post a screenshot with this app to make the touch issue visible?

Looks like I messed the kernels up a little bit
It's really hard to take a screenshot when you haven't got the appropiate buttons or softkeys on the tab. But I finally managed to find a screenshot app that uses a timer. Sorry, but this took some time...
So here we are. Both screenshots are taken in landscape mode. Here I try to show the limits of the touch area:
On the second screenshot I touch the tab in the lower left (near the back softkey):
By the way. While I took the screenshots I found out that the rotation sensor might not work too...
Ok, the strange kernel flashed his touch-controller firmware into your touch-controller.
Without the genuine kernel no chance to recover this.
