Hello,
I've tried to install custom ROM on that device
CyanogenMod version: 10.1-20131220-UNOFFICIAL-crewrktablets
Build number: Oma RK30 JB 4.2.2 v1.4 - 10.10.2014
The problem is i'm having a boop loop a few time after I installed a rom again.
After "Wipe data/factory reset" problem always disappear,
so it seems problem coming from "user data" at /data folder.
One time I have had an error in google.process.acore app, then error in Nova Launcher.
I tried to reboot - caught a boot loop.
Then I'm (stupidly) tried to clear data for Play Store, P.Store Services, G.S. Framework apps
right after factory reset. It haven't solved problem with boot loops.
Then I tried to do a CWM backup, reboot,
then done some little things (didn't install/remove anything, don't clean any app's cache or data),
reboot - and caught boot loop.
I tried to do 2nd "bad" backup after that,
then restore that "bad" backup - boot loop disappeared.
So, I'm asking your help in finding the source of problem.
If touch a bootloop again, I'll try do save some logcat in file, may be it help you.

You did use the right kernel?
Could be a not properly formatted NAND. So, pls install with the generic stock recovery first (see blog).

I've got a custom rom from another pda forum.
The address of my archive is http://pan.baidu.com/s/1qW6Zn6O
or a https://yadi.sk/d/ETPf5nqYcWt3v mirror (in right dowm corner you can choose English language).
It seems to be like a Odys Genio cRom v1.4
from the "CM 10.1 on rk30 board" page, but kernel img file a bit different.
Also I used format_NAND_fix and sensor fix 7

Use this recovery http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=1036 and do a fresh install incl. eraseIDB.
Copy it into folder rockdev/Images. Rename recovery.img in CWM.img first.
The stock recovery will format the user partitions and boot into Android.
Rename CWM.img in recovery.img and flash it (just tick parameter, misc and recovery). In CWM install sensor fix.

Same root cause. Try to format again with stock recovery.
If the issue persists your NAND is most likely corrupted.

Oma, I used my stock rom before,
and I periodically had a bootloops.
Additionally original rom haven't suitable cwm recovery for it.
CWM for stock rom causing boot in recovery instead of loading Android
when I'm pressing POWER button.
So that's why I deleted my stock rom and tried this cyanogenmod.
----------------
So, before formatting it all again
Can I check(test) my internal tablet's NAND for read/write errors,
may be with small program or script
in zip for CWM?
Some attempts later I got a boot loop again.
As I can get from logcat, /data folder became read-only
and nothing can work with it correctly. Even the Settings app.

Ok, new information. This indicates also that your NAND is corrupted. In this case there is nothing we can do. Sorry.

Looks like it was a problem with file system.
---------------
I reboot to CWM
- make a backup
then
- restore "data" from just taken backup
- reboot to Android
All works fine! No any error dialogs.
---------------
It turns out, that CWM healed permission problems on data folder
during recovery process.
Interesting, which of applications may cause that.
