I do not have a BT solution for the RK903 wifi.

Ok, BT isn't too much important for me 😉
About this fix - still no good - rotation itself works but screen is always rotated by 90* to left.

Works ok! 😀 (except small issue - CM logo during boot is upside down, but rotation in system works 😀 ). This fixed "camera upside-down" also 😀 If you'll plan to add model fix to website for this tablet include in it 160dpi fix 😉

It is build related. BT implementation is for Realtek RTL8723.
