Hm, we are talking about the CM10.1 v1.3.5 build?
Flash boot.img and system.img again (tick parameter, boot, system).

i tr to check other things and wifi doesn't work too.
no interface in ifconfig and can't enable wifi in UI

It's me again. Still have issue with touch. Your script fix u9gt3s where you trying to load touchscreen driver doesn't work.

same.
1. I erase all .
2.Put your kernel and use stock recovery.
3. Flashing done. Recovery format partitions.
4. When i trying to apply update in stock recovery its failing on verification step.
5. Flashing CWM recovery, applying update. No errors but when i'm looking into /system/lib/modules no modules inside and /system/etc/init.d/75 script absent.
6. i'm copy script and modules to correct place. change script permissions to 777. no modules loading during startup.
if i run manually its start working till next restart.

ok.
i modify boot.ini, add insmod gt911.ko to init.rc
now module loading during startup.
no wifi. i think drivers absent because no any interfaces in system

rtl8188eus on chip.
dmes will be in 10 minutes
8188.ko module succesfully loaded in memory
lsmod show me wlan modules but still can't enable WIFI in GUI
