Hi!
I try to change firmware from stock to OMA Caynogen.
Download Kernel for u9gt3, change kernel.img.
Erase, Run. Everything looks fine.
But when tablet restarts it's always going to clockworkmode.
I try to apply int and ext fixes but no luck.
I found error - Can't mouunt /cache directory.
Of course when i trying to format cahce or data partition - i see next error:
format_volume: make+ext4fs failed on /dev/blockmtdblock7
Please help!

you have to apply format_nand.zip fix from external sdcard at first boot in CWM.

Start from the beginning.
Complete Erase, flash and then apply format_nand.zip on first boot. If you don't do that, it will not work.

As I wrote, you have to begin from the starting point.
Change kernel.img in rockdev/image folder, don't use you're own recovery.img, use the one that Oma provided.
Copy format_nand.zip to a sdcard and insert it into tablet.
Then make a complete flash, including eraseIDB first, then click Run. It should now boot into CWM. Apply format_nand.zip thru CWM and choose reboot. Now it should boot up normally.

I tried what you propose.
Script can't wipe data because data and cache not mounted. It's pointed to wromg mtblock device.
It's shoild be like mtdblock5 and point to mtdblock6.
this i found on this forum (related to u9gt3 too)
Recovery seems to search /cache on mtdblock6 but in stock rom /cache is on mtdblock5.

okay, then we have to try second method of Oma..
change recovery.img to this one:
http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=1036
It should boot up and format all that is needed. After that you can replace recovery.img with the original one and flash only the recovery.img (tick parameters too).

It seems there are different revisions in the field. What is your tabs serial-number?
Here is a kernel for S/N U9GT3S16GBXXXXXX : http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=1483
