Hello,
After I used RKBatchTool to upgrade my Noontec A9 OS to Android 4.0, I disconnected it from PC and then I connected it to TV but it wouldn't work anymore, it keeps showing the blue light on the on/off button but nothing on the screen and it can't be detected on PC anymore.
Can someone please help me !

Sounds like you have flashed a wrong firmware into the tab.

Yes I did, but actually what I did exactly is that I used this files but instead of using the .img proposed by Noontec on their web site I used the one I showed you before.
Android 2.3 proposed on Noontec's web site :

Hm, the ICS firmware is not provided on the Noontec page. So what makes you of the opinion the firmware/kernel will fit for the box?
Does the box have a reset?

There is a couple of solutions, both requires to have only USB cable connected to a PC.
One simple, consist in keep reset button press together with power button, for some time over 20 seconds or so. If you are luccky you'll ear the sound of PC getting connected in safe mode. I've NOT tested this.
Second solution, a extreme one, that I've tried many times when my devices can't get connected thru USB and seems to be dead.
It's called the clip solution. This requires patience and a good hand.
You have to make a short-circuit while you have the device USB connected to a PC. Just don't get scared!! It will be safe if you follow carefully the instructions. It's similiar to the method explained in Romanian posted above bu Oma7144, but less tricky.
You'll have to locate the chip of main memory of your device (is a long black chip marked as Samsung of other alike brand). In enclosed pictures, it should be the black one to the left of metal frame. Just avoid the big square chip.
With USB cable connected to USB port in PC and to your device, just USB without AC connection in the device ... again, just USB. Then, run slowly a metal clip across the pins (little metal pieces that connect the chip to the board). Using the round part of the clip. Slowly, trying to make contact of a couple of this lot of pins to make the short circuit, keep your ear paying attention to the sound made from PC, when USB get connected in safe mode. It will connect without any damage to your device  Â
Try running along the pins in both sides of main memory. Just insist doing this... slowly. If you do thing right, you'll get connected.Â

Trying to flash a Noontec A9 (also known as Woxter TV 100 and Media Tech MT7002) that won't boot, led on the box only turns blue and so it seems bricked.
I jumped the pins to get PC to recognize device and install usb drivers.
Problem is in the above PDF upgrade instructions after installing the usb drivers "Step two Erase Firmware" asks you to run "erase.bat". Problem is I need the file erase.bat and the other 8 files shown on the page which are :
adb.exe, adbwinapi.dll, adbusbwinapi.dll, es, readme.txt, rkusbComm.dll, Rkusb.comm.exe, and source.properties
Â
I can't download from the 4shared.com link above and can't find these files anywhere. Any experts with the Noontec A9 or RK2918 flashing who can help me with downloading the files would be greatly appreciated.Â

Sorry, but I'm not sure that I understand your post.
If a RK2918 is bricked you must get it into MaskRom mode. This is done by shortening the NAND.
To flash it you have to run first the RKAndroidTool, it should show with then MaskRom mode and then you you could make EraseIDB and run for flash. There is no need for adb, that's something totally different.

Here is the Noontec A9 firmware: http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=2094
If you are facing usb driver problems use the RK Driver Assistant: http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=1187
Deinstall first, then install again.
Best is you use a PC with XP or Win7. Do not use USB3.0 ports.

Shorted pins 3 and 4 on the pcb as per other post and unit is recognized.
Installed USB driver using RK driver asst
Ran RK Android Tool v1.7, loaded in firmware path, connected devices turns blue, then hit restore and it says :
  download boot start
  download boot success
  wait for maskrom start
  wait for maskrom success
  test device start
  test device fail
  upgrade done success(0) Fail(1) Time (67049)ms
Â
Connected devices is blue on "1" device and turns yellow when program is running and attempting to flash.
I tried running it as well and choosing "Upgrade" but it does the same thing.
Tried this on computer running windows xp and another computer running windows 7. Not sure what to try next, it seems like its working but in the end shows fail.

Tried the firmware as described in above post but shows a fail(1). Not sure what to try next.
Also, with RK Android tool there's no option to erase idb.

Sounds like a defective NAND. The Flashtool marks a bad sector before showing fail ... but only one. Flash again, up to 20 times ... maybe you have luck.
