Hi,
My son broke our Sumvision Cyclone Voyager 10.1 inch touchscreen (digitizer).
Sumvision are unwilling to help, in fact eh official line is that they do not even know what parts the factory puts inside their tablets!
The only information I could find on the cracked touchscreen was on the connector:
DPT Group
300-L4052A-C00-V1.0
The C00 might be COO but it looks like zeros.
Can anyone help with this please?

This may help people who are in my position.
I managed to source the correct touch screen (digitizer) for my Sumvision Cyclone Voyager 10.1 BT from China. The part number for my one is 300-L4052A-C00-V1.0
This is where I bought it from: http://www.engtaobao.com/item/20858700487.html#.Uiwt3MaL1lQ
Engtaobao.com is an agent for Taobao.com, the touch screen is actually listed on the Taobao.com website. Engtaobao.com buy your item from Taobao.com and then ship it to you. They make a little commission out of it.
It cost me £32.69 including delivery to the UK. Be prepared to pay twice, once for the item and shipping from Taobao.com to Engtaobao.com and then shipping from Engtaobao.com to where ever you are.
Once I had the touch screen, I replaced it myself. Just make sure you are buying the correct one before ordering and make sure both sides, inside and outside, are clean on the new touch screen before replacing it.
If you have any questions, let me know and I'll do what I can to help.

Hi I've done the same thing and need a new digitiser.
Found the website but its a bit confusing do i place my order them wait for it to be delivered to them and then pay the delivery cost for them to ship it to the uk. Can't see how much they are going to charge for delivery to the uk. Its $34.66 just for the tablet and postage to them.
Also how easy is it to get the digitiser out do i have to use heat . I've manged to strip it down that far just the back cover off. Any further and it feels like its going to break as it appears to be all stuck together wiith glue and bits of tape.

Hi,
The cost to you comprises of a few things. The cost of the digitizer, the delivery to the agent, the agent's fee and delivery tot he UK. Like I said in my earlier post it cost me £32.69 all together including delivery to the UK. If you're not sure about anything, email the agent. I did and they were quite helpful.
You need to make sure you are buying the right one. Strip the tablet apart. Yes there is a lot of sticky tape you will have to take off and it will feel like you are breaking it. You do not need to use heat. I suggest if you don't feel confident, go to someone who can do it for you. You will find a serial number on the digitizer, make sure you buy that one. You will need to remember where everything goes if you strip the tablet yourself.
Couple of other things you need to remember is to clean the digitizer before fitting it. Make sure there are no marks on it. Secondly, the edges of the LCD should be covered by black tape so no light escapes. Otherwise you'll be able to see light from the edges of the tablet screen.
Good luck, let us know how you get on.
