On Skype issue with Pipo M9Pro hardware
Analyst from Pipo hardware department has replied to me upon my request with Skype issue.
They have posted the Pipo M9Pro hardware optimised Skype. They have warned NOT to update the programme on Google Play.
I have uploaded the package to Mega. Do tell the outcome.

This PiPO 2.9 version DID NOT work for me... Video chat try #1=immediate skype crash, trys 2,3,4,5=success, trys 6-20=skype crash at various times from 0-30 secs. Manually force closed skype at various points to get fresh runs.
Went back to current Play Store 10/04/13 3.2 version. Tried 5 times, 2 were successful.

Get the latest updated Skype version 4.4.0.31835 it worked without crashing or anything like that although havent tried whether the other side can see or hear me. But I did try calling somebody with no reply (probably off and my daughther also no reply) there is a moving video of me on the screen.

Didnt't anybody heard me? upgrade to the latest version of Skype 4.4 it doesnt Force Close or crash
Hey! I am using the same device as you all and the same firmware. It didnt crash on my pad everytime so far never.

Why would the same app give so different problems on the same device? This has got to do with the PCB Pversions on the device, i worked in electronics industry and know there are revisions to the PCB that is deemed as not necessary to announce to the end users unless it is a major overhaul like in the M9 to M9Pro.

For the same reason that GPS works on some devices and on some it doesn't. I suppose the Skype has the similar tendency. (I'm not an electronic engineer though)
All this (from time to time ) makes me want to drop android into the nearest dump and get Apple pad
