Hey guys!
I need help!!! I installed the new ROM. Skipping the fact that 3G does not work but I have a much more serious problem. I installed CWM Recovery. There were problems: Can not mount backup path. CWM error mouting /sdcard. Please, help me!!

Kati, I am new to all this so I may be wrong....but I have noticed other comments that CWM will not work with 4.4 because there is a difference within the file structure between Jellybean & KitKat. Unless someone can advise on how to get CWM working then I suspect you are stuck! Perhaps an updated CWM will be produced that bridges the two. If you are stuck and need to get at your CWM backup then I suspect you will have to go back to Jellybean & restore from CWM. Then do a backup perhaps using Titanium and go forwards to KitKat. However I would note I had problems reloading a Titanium backup in 4.4 (but that may be because the backup was taken from a different device running 4.1). Be careful if you do decide to go back to Jellybean. Read the forums and advice because it seems easy to 'softbrick' the tablet (I tried 4.4 twice, on one occasion I went straight back to Kasty 4.2.2 without an issue; on the second occasion I tried going back to another ROM and softbricked the tablet).

When returning to Jellybean you have to tick loader in RK batchtool because KitKat uses his own loader.

Hello,

I read from other forum's that the root process are not the same on Android KitKat 4.4.2.

Can you tell me if you root this Rom with the same tools (by copying su on the good folder) or did you use a new one ?

Hey Paulanchor    Just wish you guys would READ the entire blog before asking the same questions over & over & over & over.......

We all know that GPS does not work yet (BETA version). Also auto brightness does not work!

3G works perfectly on ARCTABLET rom (can't speak for FREAKTAB)

Thanks to Admin - a great job.

My first post on this forum. Hi to all!

I've recently purchased the M9 Pro 3G version and I'm in the process of testing different ROMs.

What about battery life with this one?

With my current ROM, it never stops the wifi, even with the only when charging option selected, resulting in an important battery drain.

Thanks in advance.

That's the one I have installed. But having wifi always connected, and not being that good, is draining the battery.

Kasty rom works much better than Finless. It's a fact.
