Just loaded this ROM and it is working perfectly - including wifi and 3g. I wonder if you perhaps have a hardware problem.

kasty-pipo-m9_pro_3G_SMS-422-20131011-rooted4.zip

how so? installed perfectly on my tablet, when starting, uncheck the option En_apk.install, if not you will just have error and will need to reinstall the firmware. But the problem remains wifi. The 3G I have not tested yet because I'm on my phone and leave as router.

Same here: wi-fi is working very good with this firmware. No complains on that.

@kati

yes it is

the launcher is called pipo family launcher

admin has deletet it from his rom...

maybe it will stay in the rom in another release or you have to copy it over again (needs to be extracted again first...)

or you flash the stock firmware...

Actually, running this rom, I can see using Titanium, apps space, that Pipo Launcer is using 25,1 Mb space. So it is there, but can not be chosen. Maybe it can be activated somehow?

I have just made the upgrade to custom root Android 4.2.2 firmware (2013/10/11, SMS). Can't tell if there is a big progress with radio part of the tablet, now it works more or less, still can observe some minor wifi issues, but seems more stable and faster now.

Still I am interested above wireless display functionality, because there is again no option to switch off wireless display in settings menu. The strange application WiFiDisplay does not response to inputs to button "search displays" and any options like settings are missing.

So if somebody has an idea about wireless functionality and associated topics related to Pipo M9Pro 3g tablet may be it is worth to open new topic in the forum.

Anyway, thank you for help and especially to the author of kasty rom, definitely will send some donation to his account :-)
