I need to unroot my Pipo M9 - I am using the device in a BYOD mode for work and work security will not let me run it in the enterprise "rooted". I bought the tab new on Amazon, but it came rooted. I am trying to install the standar firmware from the Pipo site using the drivers and RK batch tool v1.7. I have installed the driver on my win 8.1 system and run the batch tool. It finds the device (pink square shows) and when I click on "Switch" the tab goes blank and I get the device unrecognized pop-up on my win 8 system. The batch tool says alll is well, but never displays the green square - it goes gray. Any ideas?
BTW - I am new to all of this - I'm a mainframe guy from the 70s
Thanks - Ron E
