Don't know if any of you have had this issue but thought I'd ask before I take it apart, I bought 2 max's for my kids and one of them has developed what I can only describe as a blob in the centre underneath the glass.if you don't know what I mean press down firmly on the screen and the effect it creates is what I mean but this is about 4cm in diameter. It started small and you could get rid of it by kind of spreading it out hard to explain but I'll assume you know what I mean haha but now it won't disappear, does anyone have a solution for this?
I'll try and get a picture later but with the reflection it isn't easy :-\
Thanks in advance for any help 😀
Sounds like a hardware issue to me. maybe one of you kids had accidently pressed too hard on that screen. You can either send it back to seller for claims or you can buy a replacement parts , this is the only resonably priced supplier from China (I seek thro the price list and this one is the ceapest by about USD15 for one of my pad, screen is not broken just the cable has broken of by my grandaughter who pressed on it and it broke at a bending of the cable)
Good luck but you must know the exact model number of the panel coz the Max9Pro and M9 are not the same.
