Please go to this post for the easier way to install the M9Pro Mods files can be used for any RK30xx and RK 31xx devices upto tested on 4.2.2 version but you can try upto 4.3 version not tested for KitKat devices.

The script does not support the US GPS fix since I didnt include the statement to T-Mobile Cert, maybe if there is more than one request for it than I will create the US only GPs Help files. Even with the current "gps.conf" flle for USA it is sufficient to improve just copy the "gps.conf" file given for USA into the unzipped folder.
