Please report any problem with this firmware, I can't verify this custom firmware works as I don't have a PIPO M6 tablet to test the custom firmware. Â

I managed to unpack this new update.img, and enclosed system.img, on my Linux machine:
imgRePackerRK update.img
mount -o loop system.img /mnt/system
The buil.prop file I found there has this line:
ro.rksdk.version=RK30_ANDROID4.2.2-SDK-v1.00.00
It does look to me that it is still old (1.0) SDK - am I right?

Thank you, admin for keeping up to the latest firmware releases.
I will not have time for several weeks to upgrade. Â From the previousÂ
versions, the tablet does not turn off if the power supply is connected.Â
Even if it was off, it turns on when I connect the power supply.
Anybody: Â is there a way to automatically reinstall all the applications afterÂ
firmware upgrade? Â With Titanium backup I had to manually confirm every applicationÂ
access, press "Install" and so on. Â Takes long time.
Thanks,
dgaid

Use "Mybackup Pro", it's a few bucks but installs everything automatically, way better than titanium backup. waaay better. there is a free version too but not sure how limited its functionality is.
