I make 2 changes:
1. rename /system/lib/libril-rk29-dataonly.so to libril-rk29-dataonly.so.old
2. unpack the whole rom including the ramdisk (from boot.img) and make a comment to the following line in the default.prop:
#rild3.libpath=/system/lib/libril-rk29-dataonly.so
Afterwards I packed the whole rom again and flashed it.
Now my Pipo M6 max uses correctly the deep sleep.
I know that this makes the 3G modem useless but I don't use it anyways and the deep sleep is much more important for me.
You can try if the first modification (renaming the libril-rk29-dataonly.so) is enough to solve the deep sleep problem. If not I can upload my modified rom.

adminThat's interesting, thanks Balrog.
I'll test it on other devices as well, I'll check if I can make these modifications as an optional ArcTools package.
Cheers.
