Ok, one step back. Here is a tool for the USB driver: http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=1187
De-install driver first, then install.

What is your Win Version? Is it a USB2.0 port?
What do you mean with same error? Does the Flashtool show "Found"?

Hm, something is deeply wrong. If not the usb driver then the loader on the tab or the NAND is defect.
Unfortunetaly we need the files from the NAND first. Anything what we can do now is to flash the latest loader into the tab. The loader is attached. Unzip the file, load it into the RKAndroidTool and tick the loader box. Then Run.
If this fails you need to ask the producer of the tab for providing the firmware.

Okay, I have an update.. This device's OEM is starway andromeda s910, or should I say that andromeda and O+9.76 has the same OEM?
Found the right combo keys, its vol up + vol down, hold both while connecting the usb..
RKflashtool, RKBatchtool and RKAndroidtool detected my device perfectly..
This is hilarious, as soon as I found THIS, I rushed and flashed a custom ROM I downloaded earlier..
Same bootloop problem or was it not booting.. It justs opens and a blank black screen appears, as if there were no boot animation in it.. Geez, Im so stupid not to think first of dumping and getting back my original ROM as you were teaching me.. Sorry

found a stock rom for starway andromeda s910, thanks to Sir Hernan for the link..
Flashed it and it worked.. The only problem was camera not working..
My O+ 9.76 has builtin 3.2mp cam while Andromeda only has 2mp..
Gonna install CWM recovery first, can I use cwm file in your link on page 1?

Depends on the parameter file. Where can I find the firmware?

Ok, this is a rom for:
ro.build.display.id=Starway S910 FW_V1.14
ro.build.version.incremental=20130201.143149
Kernel zjw #885 preempt 20130201: http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=1738
To get cam back you will need the genuine kernel.
If you'd like you can also check out own CM10.1 build: http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?p=1913
Just change the kernel.

Ok, I flashed CM 10.1 on you link, not working.. same black screen of death so I reflashed s910 rom..
Update: forgot to change kernel in CM file..
changed kernel and flashed CM, stuck on CWM bootloop..
7. Genio will boot into CWM
8. Wipe data/factory reset
9. Reboot
10. wait 4 minutes
selected "reboot system now" - still rebooted to cwm
reset button shutted down my device, power button hen it boots to CWM again..
still stuck at CWM botloop..
btw when I select wipe data/factory reset, this was shown in the log:
"formatting /data...
E:format_volume: make_extf4fs failed on /dev/block/mtdblock7
formatting /cache...
E:format_volume: make extf4fs failed on /dev/block/mtdblock6
formatting /sd-ext...
no app2sd partition found. skipping format of /sd_ext.
formatting /sdcard/.android_secure...
data wipe complete"
I think this is the error thats why I cant boot properly? What do you think?

Load this recovery (and your kernel) into the RKAndroidTool and flash build again incl. eraseIDB.
