Hm, this is still an Alpha build without hardware acceleration.

But let us test the wifi modules from that build in the Iron CM12.1 build: http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=2820

Maybe missunderstanding. You should download the fix again and try it for the Iron CM12.1 build.

Edit: After several facilities', Must insist , I succeed to install the ' fix ' on Iron CM12.1 build v1.1

- Wifi working perfectly !
(The bluetooth is not working and the sharing stops 'regularly, if I do not force the application shutdown)

Thank for your help Oma7144 !

Great. Bluetooth is an issue on any tab which does not use rtk_btusb.ko (BT solution on Iron).

All I can do is to leave the BT stuff out. Download again and try on a fresh installed build: http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=2820

Hey Oma7144

I tried flashing both the kitkat roms mentioned in this post folling all the instructions.

After running the tool it says "OK" but the tablet does not reboot to recovery (but the tool changes to "no device found"

I can boot in the flashing mode again but nothing else.

only the 4.2.2 rom you made for e10320 directly boots the system after flashing.

Do i need to take any other steps to flash the Iron roms?

Thanks alot

[update]

Also i can't install / update any app in the app store. and when i try to flash gapps for 4.2.2 i get an error

Hello Xeph20,

You tell about OmniRom Kitkat ? Or CM11 ?
I have not had any problems of this kind
..

Try install the fix for Medion on http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?s=E10320&submit=Suchen.

Hey thanks for responding,

I tried them both and i got the fixes on sd card (but i probably need to flash them after rom is installed?

I also saw your post before you edited it saying i needed the correct kernel.img and other img

Do i need to take them from the 4.2.2 rom? and i i need the loader enabled or disabled?

Thanks

Hello ,

There now what rom did you install?

For .img: http://www.arctablet.com/blog/wp-content/forum-image-uploads/mizi4/2016/02/02-18-14-Fichiers-Utilises-Pour-Medion-E10320.png.

The files: Loader, Parameter, Misc, Kernel, Recovery_CWM from Oma_RK31 4.2.2... for Medion E10320

system.img and boot.img: Depends of version you want install.

E: After, you can install the fixes 'since' recovery_CWM and wipe cache.

Hello everybody,

the "Loader" was ticked when I cklicked "run" in the RKAndroidTool v1.37. I fear that was a mistake. Now my e10320 doesn't reboot after flashing. Does anybody have the original loader file? Or what else can I do to unbrick the tablet?

Cheers

Timo

Hallo,

I installed the CM12.1 Iron build, and all fixes you have been wrote about.

I have also a problem with bluetooth in my Medion LifeTab E10320.

I can't turn it on. There is the "initlializing bluetooth" information and after few second it disapeer and bluetooth is still off.

I've been tried to start bluetooth with terminal but it doesn't work too.

This is the command I've been used:

su am start -a android.bluetooth.adapter.action.REQUEST_ENABLE<br />

The log in /proc/last_log tells that everything is ok with bluetooth. Or I can't find the problem.

Is there anybody resolved this problem?

Hi!

Using this method I was able to flash my Medion E10320 only with Oma_RK31_Medion_E10320_JB_4.2.2_v1.0 (using AndroidTool_Release_v2.3, since 1.37 won't see my tablet connected). I would like to use kitkat or lollipop, but I fail at some point.

I'm on Windows 10 64-bit and DriverAssitant_v4.4 for rockusb didn't work until I applied this registry hack: http://chinagadgetsreviews.blogspot.com/2014/06/how-to-easily-install-rockchip-rockusb.html (Variant 1)

When I use recovery.img and system.img from different bundle (e.g. CrewRKTablets_Odys_Iron_Omni_.4.4_v1.4.1 which should work, according to your experience) the tablet is flashed, then reboots to recovery, so I'm able to install fixes (CrewRKTablets_RKxx_160dpi and CrewRKTablets_KK_Omni_v1.4.1_model fix_Medion_E10320) and wipe the cache then reboot.

The tablet then shows title text "medion" and changes to the loading screen (which is different for each bundle). Then nothing happens for at least 5 minutes, so I think something is wrong. Should I wait more?

BTW The loading screen and recovery is being rendered upside down.

It's the same with CrewRKTablets_Odys_Iron_CM11_4.4.4_v1.2 and CrewRKTablets_Odys_Iron_CM12.1_LP_5.1.1_v1.1.

Oma_RK31_Medion_E10320_JB_4.2.2_v1.0 works, but my user experience is better with E10320-2014-03-25-MassPro3-signed-update which I found somewhere in this forum and loaded it with RockChip_Batch_Tool_v1.8.

I don't know actually what does "Medion kernel" mean so I'll post my full configuration.

I tried to copy http://www.arctablet.com/blog/wp-content/forum-image-uploads/mizi4/2016/02/02-18-14-Fichiers-Utilises-Pour-Medion-E10320.png with AndroidTool 2.3 so i have unchecked uboot and resource, since I didn't know what should I put there.

Every tab has its own kernel (hardware abstraction layer). Here is the E10320 kernel: http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=1649

Using other builds you need at least exchange the kernel.

Also do not mix up builds, as this will not work.
