help I just installed the ClockworkMod (CWM) Recovery easy install package for the 3188 rockchip generic and I have no recovery. I cant do nothing now

One option is to reinstall the stock firmware from the manufacturer and flash it with Rockchip Batch tool and you will have the stock recovery back.

im going to have a hard time to find stock rom 4.2.2. but if I install Nextbook 8 QC by Oma KK 4.4.2 build v2.0 I should have a recovery right that's what I was trying to do anyways

Sure, a custom firmware such as Oma's is probably better than the stock firmware.

As the firmware page details says the package includes a CWM Recovery, so you should be fine.

OK got recovery back I just flashed OMA 4.2.2 ROM worked out nice. I've been having a problem with the tab shutting down at around 30% battery with stock ROM and the custom ROM. Its just not me other people are having the same thing. I was thinking of flashing 4.4.2 to see if that would work but I don't really want to I would rather be running jelly bean.
