Yes. EraseIDB will wipe the partition layout on the NAND. Make sure you changed the kernel.

flashing went smoothly this time, waited a few minutes after omni logo shows then this error appear "der prozess "com.android.system" wurde beendet" after interface loads then i change language to english it says "unfortunately the process com.android.systemui.has stopped" and screen went black after a minute i tried pressing power button and it didn't bring back the screen. tried reset to factory default same result.

Try again, incl. eraseIDB. While eraseIDB it should count-up in the right window, otherwise wiping of the partiton layout is not successful.

oma i noticed in the right window that only system.img around 700 mb in size is being written to flash cant see boot, kernel, recovery, misc. i got the same error after.
anyhow modified boot.img and recovery.img default.prop using RK3 firmare tools ang change ro.secure=0,service.adb.root=1, ro.debuggable=1 flashed back to stock firmware and got root in adb shell now.
would like to try some time your custom rom for this tablet. Thanks a Lot
