So I got my Onda v973 tablet yesterday. Pulled it out the box, turned it on and it was great. Except the battery life was pure poop. So, after about using for like 3 hours and having to recharge it twice. I decided to go online and figure out if there was any ROM or tweak out there to make it be more efficient. I came across this forum, downloaded and installed the custom firmware for the v973 v2, which worked wonders but, didn't do much to improve the battery life. So, I installed teamwin recovery, which worked fine. So, I start looking for ROMs, and come acrros CM10.1 and then SuperNova. Previously running to throgh forums and guides, it seemed that v972, v973, and even the new v975 where all the same with minor changes. Under that impression, I noticed alot of roms had v972, and there wasn't any v973. So, since they were identical, I decided to flash SuperNova, and yeah. I am stuck on the boot screen on the A31 logo. I don't know how to get to recovery because, there is no way button wise. I tried going thru PhoenixSuite but, nothing. What can or should I do? I have tried many times to get ADB working, and never could. Is there any other way? I have a friend that knows ADB but, he lives far, far away. Panicked, it's only been one day, and i feel like my tablet is useless.
Installed a rom after being under the impression that the v972 & v973 are the same. Installed SuperNova, now my tablet is stuck on the A31 logo. Can't get into recovery, tried Phoenix Suite, and have never been able to get ADB up and running. Any other options? Friend can help but, lives far, far away.
