on Friday I got my 972. Working OK, connecting to my WiFi and internet OK. Held the off button too long and tablet rebooted in Chinese,all my downloaded apps gone.Worked out how to put back to English, put my WiFi code in but Tablet can,t connect to internet. Can anyone please advise me on what to do next?

Did you perform a factory reset?

yes several times.tablet connects to WiFi at 72Mbps but cant find an IP address therefore connecting to the internet,all other computers and phones connect to internet via WiFi no problem.

Power off your modem for about 30 secs and then try again.

I have a pocket WiFi ,it was switched off all night.No change

It seems rebooting tablet to factory settings has deleted my Google account,system app and data settings and all downloaded apps.If anyone can tell how to re install would be much appreciated.As the tablet will not connect to internet it must be done another way.Cheers

I have the same problem, with my Onda 975s. The wi-fi was and in the configuration the WIFI is OF and says: activating wi-fi. When I try to activate does not respond the swich. After several times trying to put on, the swich WI-FI on/of turning the OF in white and I can turn ON but the ON is grey keeps saying activating wi-fi. After a while it switches off again. And I reset to factory settings but still not working. Please I need help.+
