ok but onda tell us mis-report for ram , battery ... quite strange ! don't you think ?
Not sure. Â I knew I'd only have about 1/2 gb of ram spare because of the retina screen, so am happy with that (just use Autokiller pro). Â I can't see the battery being 3500 as it would last about an hour if it was.

Hi, here is what onda tells us :
Onda V975M Quad Core features 2048*1536 Retina Screen, need about 424M for Dynamic Memory,so the software test RAM is 1000-424M=580M RAM around.
Or i think it is 580-424 = 156 , exactly what i have as available ram ... it could easily explain crashings and other laggs ... why only onda tablets could not give apps the real amount of ram. Do they build their rom from sources in a different way than other brands ?
Really strange in my opinion . By the way i still use my v975 trying to make it run better lool

@irkone
the crashing has nothing to do with the RAM (depending of the Situation).
Because with ROM 3.3.2 (I think) it crashed only with some PDFs (size 5MB lol), after Custom Rom (still G-Sensor doesn´t work) from admin it runs veryy smooth with every Web Page and PDFs.
So I think the reaseon why it crashed is because of the ROM.
And WHY you have ONLY 156MB RAM ??
It´s true that total RAM is 580MB and the system takes also some RAM (CPU,GPU,..) and you should have TOTAL AVAILABLE RAM round about 320MB. (as I).
Did you Flashed KitKat ?

I think your RAM is okay. (not damage).
sometimes I have also 200 MB when I used some apps even when I Closed that with 'apps Killer'.
Or terminate them in the chace. (settings-> apps -> running apps -> (above right) In cache)
I think this is normal. But it shouldn´t crash or something like that.
I can not help you more, I´m not an expert
But I would wait for Custom ROM from KitKat and if you have furthermore this issue, then contact Onda and tell them whats going on..
If you have a Onda V975 model (hardware V1) you can find some information here:
Cheers.
