I am glad to see an improved version! Congrats for the hard work and thank you for this release.

There are some things that clearly are getting better and all these are wonderful features. I noticed that one thing is missing in the revision history: it seems that the Chinese girl still shows up on boot, is this correct?

I am not sure what is the history of this but perhaps this girl Onda, is someone's lover or daughter or something that the name itself not being sufficient and given the gap of neurones in this individual's brain, it was decided to be "admired" by all at boot up. How stupid is that, really?

If I have already flashed once with the version before this release, will I need to the full format or can I just do the update in the phoenix tutorial?

Just flashed and everything ok. The volume is now loud enough for me, the battery  indicator is no longer acting like an egg timer and the icons are moving between home screens a lot smoother. Thanks for this custom rom.

Thanks for this ROM admin!
Did you still see the battery percentage indicator? Disappeared to me, but it can be maybe a problem of the stock.

Thanks
S.

I just wanted to mention the same thing. It seems that this little and useful feature was left out.

This hasn't been touched, it probably wasn't there in the stock firmware.

The previous release did show the battery percentage. I am sure because I used to check it all the time.

But the newest Onda firmware release version 3.2.1 published 2013/07/29 doesn¬īt have battery percentage indicator too.¬†

Please - is it possible that the original Onda firmware version 3.2.1 has longer battery life than this Kasty¬īs 3.2.1 rooted??

The HDMI feature could be found in settings but again, as the previous f/w when connecting a cable to a TV doesn't do anything. It is just an extra connector that could not be used for anything.
