Installed as fresh install. Tablet boots up and then is unresponsive from unlock screen. Orientation is unstable, screen flips to upside down immediately. Unable to get to settings. Uninstalled to previous v3.2.1_v1. Anyone else having similar issues?

Three attempts with 2 downloads of firmware from above.

It could be that the firmware you flashed doesn't correspond to your tablet model or hardware version, please double check to make sure your flashed the right firmware. You can also try flashing the V973 firmware for hardware V2, it happen on other models that the hardware version on the tablet was incorrectly labeled.

Hi, I don't have a windows pc. I use Ubuntu at home. Is there an alternative to PhoenixSuite? How can I use the local update option wth the zip file?

The firmware from post #1 is made to be flashed thru PhoenixSuit, it can't be used with the local update option.

Maybe try a PC/Windows Virtual Machine on your Ubuntu, I think a Mac user had some success flashing on his computer with a Windows emulator.

Cheers.
