I have my v972 v1 opened at developer options.  The options are disabled, dimmed and greyed if they are set to off.  At the very top of the page at right hand side in developer options there is a greyed out on/off switch.  Press this to toggle between on /off functions.  When in the off position, it looks like the on/off is greyed out and inactive but it will activate when pressed.  Hope this helps!

Onda's quad-core tablet officially upgraded to V3.2 full version! New firmware to solve the problems identified in the public beta, and further improve the system's fluency and stability, and once again optimize boot speed and increase the 4K player screen rotation and other functions.

Cool! I'm going to try this on my v973, I hope it solves battery drain issue. I will report back when I have tested it.

The V972 files are all dated 6/24/13 so probably the same file the Kasty version is based off of?

The server file date is the 24th and the Kasty version was posted on the 21st. A three day discrepancy so maybe there is a difference.

Test new version 3.2 kasty
Very disappointed in the actual abnormal battery consumption.
As reported by others seems to count down 1% every 4 minutes

I think you are mistaken because if it is as you say the tablet should last 400 minutes which is more than 6 hours :D
