I just got my tablet Onda V972, explain to me how can I do to the Root.
Also can you tell me how you change the firmware.

That firmware comes rooted, If you go to the play store and install root protect and upgrade to 1.2 you can keep root

I am currently in version 1.2 how to downgrade back to 1.02.
I tried with the procedure Onda "Phoenix", Â I can not do it!
Can you tell me how I should do.

i have the same problem. Also my tablet crash continuously and the audio from headphones is very very bad with "flanger" effect. My firmware version is 1.2

I have found these instructions for updating the firmware. I did not tried them yet as I'm still waiting my Onda V972 from iPadAlternative.com

I have just published a tutorial on rooting the Onda V972 / V812 firmware, it works on all firmwares including latest 1.32

Hallo
After root my onda v972 (1.02), i loose my chinise apps and the important i can't update with Phoenix ( seems to start the update but never begin) and with ota ( installation abord ). i have done the process with
root keeper but nothing.
somebody help me please, thanks
