I bought a few usb adapters off amazon and they work good they are supply a little less power but will charge the tablet with the tablet in use with the screen on and that is all that matters to me

you want at least 2.1 - 2.4 amps usb output. 1A is not enough.

12W at 5v is 2.4A so 12w adapter is what you want

sometimes they show amps and sometimes they show watts.

The onda V972 Uses 5v. if you put 12v on it you will blow it up.

I think your better off with the 12w 2.4a one. as the one that comes with it is 2.5A Try and stay as close to the factory one as possible. Anything lower will reduce the charge time accordingly.

I am using the 2.1 for the car, as that is all I can find. It gets hot wile charging but it works. I have overheated and burned up a couple HTC 1A and 1.5 amp chargers while using my V972 while charging.

Back On topic.

I think for me the Kasty firmware 1.35 is better than supernova 3.0.

On supernova I have a lot of weird touchscreen problems and my games restored using Titanium backup dont work. they just sit there loading. I also have problems restoring some apps with Titanium backup that just sit restoring and do not complete. (did clean format install 3 times same result)

I went back to Kasty 1.33 and then applied Kasty 1.35 over 1.33 and all is well, Just had to re-install CWM.

Thank you for this ans keep the releases coming they are Greatly appreciated.

I agree with MSAF,Kasty firmware seems to be a lot better,I tried supernova and it kept freezing aps i got free and not authenticating them so I've gone back to kasty 1.35.

Bigbrother！ I 've used your this rom quite well so long times and never any err and rather better than Supernove3.0 or 3.1 (All well add Alex1.44 NOVA2.0.1 and iLaucher2.3, no any problem!)

because of my poor English,and i dont known how to unzip "img" . I have a little suggestion :would you kind of give me a little change in this rom ........ I've tested that run quite well on my ONDA V972 now !

in build.prop: add a line"dalvik.vm.execution-mode=int:fast",change "dalvik.vm.dexopt-flags=1",change to" =m=y"

another change: "ro.sf.lcd_density=320", change "320"to"264", That is really better for all show

I cannot change your rom ,would hope you have a time to do this as a new rom, thanks!

Hi thanks for the firmware used it today worked fine appeared very stable and fast but battery life a bit short the only problem was after charging the tab up came to switch on appeared fine then reported google not working could not get paly store to work so shut down and restarted but just got a green screen with a first aid box on it tried again same thing had to flas back to the official rom anyone els had this problem with the firmware and if so how to correct it thanks.

Tried to update to 1.35. but the installation fails at 12 percent. 've tried both the official and kasty version the same thing happens.

I use phoenix suite.

1.33 install fine.

Hi have you tried to uninstall phoenix suite and all the drivers then re install it this sometimes works hope this helps.

Me too got the same issue, I left it for long time on the green screen and automatically booted in. Me too had problem of play store crash. Now it looks good, but I'll return to original firmware if it appears once again.
