Can i add bluetooth to my Onda V975?

It looks like my Onda V975 does not have bluetooth capability? Is this so? If it is so, can i add anything to it to make it bluetooth capable?

Nope! In the first place which version of hardware do you have? V1 hardware doesnt have Bluetooth module (it is not present on the PCB) only version V3/V4 have Bluetooth hardware present. Most of the firmware/ROMS that is floating around the web is for V3/V4  version hardware. Even if you manage to flash (easily the V3/V4 firmware) on your tabletwhich has no Bluetooth hardware what can it do? I have a V975m (V3) and it has Bluetooth. 

Please confirm on your tablet (check the packing list for :

ro.product.brand=ONDA
ro.product.name=k12_MA975M8_B
ro.product.device=k12_MA975M8_B
ro.product.board=k12_MA975M8_B

The "975M8_B" are mostly V3/V4 hardwares the one without the "_B" are V1 i.e without Bluetooth.

OR

You can try to flash the V3/V4 firmware and then add a Bluetooth Dongle (need a micro USB to USB2.0 adapter) but no guarantees.

How do I go about flashing the V3/V4 firmware?

You have a V2 hardware (that doesnt have Bluetooth) if you want to try flashing the V3/V4 firmware please go to this forum  and goodluck! : http://www.ondaforum.com/
