There does not seem to be one available yet.

You may ask Onda if V819 hardware V4 devices are compatible with firmwares from previous hardware versions.

Thanks for your response.  I took your advice and e-mailed them and they said it's compatible with v3.  They gave me a link to download:

I have flashed it and it works but so much Chinese bloats.  Do we already have a v3 custom firmware available?

We currently haven't built a firmware for the V819 V3 (and V4)

Custom firmwares for new tablets are done based on our free time and public demand, we are usually giving priority to users supporting our site.
