After flashing the tablet, a Setup Wizard may appear on first boot to configure your network, regional settings, etc… If the wizard does not appear, just disconnect your USB cable from the tablet, make a short press on the power button to turn off the screen. After the screen is turned of, press the power button for a short time again to power the tablet, the Setup wizard should now be displayed.

Sorry about that guys, I don't have the tablet so I can't be sure the firmware works perfect.
The longer first boot is probably normal, but the launcher not starting is an issue I will have a look at.
The only reason I installed this firmware, is becuz its rooted.
The problems I discovered (so far) are: no auto rotation (annoying), no launcher (so installed a custom launcher). Or is there a fix already, about the auto rotation?
Hopefully these will be fixed soon.
But I still like this ROM. Tnx!
I am checking to fix the firmware, but it's not the easiest thing, not having the actual tablet to test my modifications. I'll post when a new build is ready for testing.
The latest stock version for the v819mini can be found here
Onda released new firmware
Is it possible to make new custom firmware based on it? I have a tablet and I can test it.
I should have a look tonight.
