I try reflashing with the previous firmware but the screen continue the beaviour... What can i do to correct the problem?
Sounds like the touchpanel may be bad. The xda forum had a thread about a recalibration app ...
... you could give that a try.
try to use an otg cable with a mouse
no, just connect the otg and mouse
i have firmware v3.2.1._v5 (kasty-rooted) on v812 onda tablet...it turns on, but touchscreen isn't working at all.
i had to do the firmware operation because "settings" menu was white...so, before firmware the touchscreen was ok.
also i have tried other older firmwares for this device.
