Here is a custom firmware based on Onda official update version 1.35  for the Onda V813 tablet. (V813Core4_v1.35.rar)
Build information

Our rooted custom firmware features:
- root with latest SuperSU 1.25 (free version)
- system default setup English
- removed most Chinese and unnecessary applications
- updated busybox v1.21.0.git (2012-11-29)
- Unix like init.d boot scripts support, more details on init.d scripts here
- changed permissions on external sdcard to allow write access
- Google Play Store fixes so more application are visible/compatible
- added ArcTools for easy ClockworkMod Recovery (CWM) installation, see details here

HiMy onda v813 completely stopped working with this rom. After flashing kasty1.35 rom
( from 2.0) tablet constantly started freezing and rebooting with no reason. Had to came back to 2.0
I haven't seen the same. Did you choose the Format Mode when you flashed it? Not formatting the tablet when flashing a firmware seems to always cause similar problems.

Yes I did choose the Format Mode, I will try one more time to be sure that it is not my fault. Gonna make short movie if this issue will show again.
