Current version of PhoenixSuit 1.0.8 supports even more languages. I had no problem using it with V813 Core4_v3.3.1_v1.rar.

But be sure to choose the version exactly matching your hardware, so pay attention to 's', '3g' and 'V'.

By the way, right now all available versions are still beta - so it might be good idea to wait for a final version (then based on 4.4.3 / http://www.gottabemobile.com/2013/12/23/7-android-4-4-3-kitkat-update-predictions/ ?).

onda.cn did claim to release 4.4 in 2013 (for current versions?).

onda.cn claims ROMs released 28.12.2013 are beta.

onda.cn never claimed to release final versions in 2013.

My 2 cent:

demo: to show work is in progress, something started

beta: public testing without much support to locate issues

final: full support and less issues

P.S. If no big issues are found, they might release beta as final
