Help please
my V812 is just over 3 months old, it stopped working. I tried to contact Mad4pads.com the company i bought it from. after trying for three weeks using all the emails and phone numbers for the company i could find and e bay where i purchased if from them. on one would answer or respond to my messages. I complained to e bay about Mad4pads not responding and honouring  the guaranty. E bay said they would looking to it, and have not got back to me.
I contacted Onda`s website asking for help, and how to send the tablet back to Onda in china to get it fixed, explaining to them the above. they have not offered help or the information in need to retrun it to the factory to be fixed. I am in the UK Stevange.
Dose any one know where I can take or send it to i the uk to get it fixed. it was a great tablet when it worked.
thanks
Tim

Hi Globula
The tablet will not boot. I've tried all manner of button combination's. it shows no signs of life. I've tried different ways of charging from the adapter plug it came with. other mains charges in case it was that, usb charging on different laptops and PCs "nothing".
The tablet is not seen by any of the laptops or PCs either with widows 7 or 8 that I plugged into via usb
The only sign of life is that the tablet gets a little warm when on charge. I guess this is where the battery is.Â
the tablet had been working great for just over 3 months I was well pleased with it. Then one day nothing. I have not dropped it or bashed it etc on the outside it is in pristine condition.
the people I purchased it from and Onda ignore me. Thats after sale support for you LOL
Any help on getting it fixed would be much welcomed. I have tried local PC & Tablet repair shops. They say they can not help as they can not get the parts that may be needed to repair it.
thanks
tim

Hello mostlyhuman,
Why don't you try flashing the tablet? I had a similar issue recently...what I did was, I connected my dead v812 to my PC and started phoenix suit... although it didnt detect the tablet, I chose an image and did a mandatory upgrade and if worked... try it out and keèp us p posted...

If you don`t get any type of reaction when you press the power button/charge the tablet there is a big change that you will not be able to recover it.
