Dear Onda users,
I accendentally blew up a chip on the motherboard of the Onda V971 (simular models: V972, V973) tablet, by using a 12 Volt supply voltage input, instead of 5 Volt (via the micro usb input). The tablet stopped booting up immediately, and I could smell a burned integrated circuit. I openend the case and located the burned smd chip. It's the chip near the HDMI output, between the 2 smd diodes J476 and near the diode S4A and the 6-pin smd 31=U11. The 5-pin (Sot 23-5 package) smd chip was burned, so I could not read the marks clearly any more. I think it has 4 or 5 characters.
Could someone please tell me the right smd code, where to get it, so I can order this part and repair this tablet? Thanks a lot!
