I have had some report the overclocked kernel was not stable on their device--sorry to hear your X2 is one of those. Even without the overclocked kernel, the kitkat ROM is faster than the jellybean ROM and the ghosting issue has been eliminated as well. I find that videos play a lot better, among other things.

Yeah does seem nice :) might get rid of the stock launcher too can't see me using that..

Just noticed that the version rom in the first post has the casting option but the version you posted has not,

Any ideas why its been taken out screen casting/wifi display is a big plus for me...

Ruffnuts,

The removal of the casting option was done by iFive and this ROM is a derivative of the iFive OFW. My guess is that iFive suspected the ghosting had something to do with the casting option(s) and removed it along with a few other things and never actually tried adding the casting options back in to see if it actually was the cause of the problem.

Yes, it was the way i installed the Rockchip Batch Tool.

So, I successfully rooted my X2 and installed some applications - 2 games. but after playing a little while it stop and showed - "unfortunately android.xxx stopped".

i again re-flashed it, but just the same, after using for a while it stopped.. did i missed anything?:-(
